Products that meet the following criteria are eligible for return:

  • Product is in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items are present
  • Product has not been used or installed
  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is available

Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

Return Process

Contact Customer Support

Email us at returns@goodee.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.

Package Your Item

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the return authorization number on the package.

Ship the Product

Send the package to our return address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refund Amount

For eligible returns, you will receive:

  • Full product price - The complete purchase price of the returned item
  • Original shipping cost - If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped)
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • JazzCash: Refund will be credited to your JazzCash wallet within 5-7 business days
  • EasyPaisa: Refund will be credited to your EasyPaisa account within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, please allow:

  • 2-3 business days for inspection
  • 5-7 business days for refund processing
  • Additional time may be required depending on your payment provider

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange free return shipping
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at no extra cost

All Khana Bazaar come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.

Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
