Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Khana Bazaar ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website goodee.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Pricing and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout Pakistan. Shipping terms:

Free Shipping: Available for orders above Rs 5,000
Standard Shipping: Rs 500 for orders below Rs 5,000
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days depending on location
Tracking: All orders include shipment tracking

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Product Warranty

All GooDee projector products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions under normal use
Lamp failure within warranty period (for LED projectors)

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Consumable parts (bulbs, filters)

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
Any content obtained from the Site
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Any errors or omissions in the Site's content

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through:

Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
Arbitration under Pakistani law if mediation fails

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
